Dear Church of the Apostles family,

Happy Eastertide.  I am so thankful to everyone who helped make Holy Week and Easter Sunday such a meaningful time.

As I mentioned in church, we have a meaningful opportunity before us. Church of the Apostles is partnering with First Baptist Church and Hope Family Services to help sponsor 20 children for Day4Hope, a back-to-school readiness program that serves families in a practical, generous, and hope-filled way.

Day4Hope helps children and families receive real support as they prepare for the school year. Through this program, families may receive help with things such as school supplies, clothing assistance, meals, haircuts, medical and dental care, groceries, and other important resources that ease the burden of back-to-school season. This is one small but real way we can love our neighbors and care for families in our community.

I invite you to consider making a donation through our Giving Challenge campaign. Gifts between $25 and $100 are matched dollar for dollar, which means your generosity can go even further. If you are able, please follow the link to learn more about the campaign and the Day4Hope program and to make a gift.

Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your steady willingness to be the Church in this place. This kind of mission is right up our alley, and I am grateful to share it with you. Please click the links embedded above to learn more about our efforts and to give on Wednesday at NOON!!

Grace and peace,

Fr. William

Sincerely,

William Pardy
